Our vinyl fitness mats can be joined together using traditional mat tape. Carpet fitness mats are joined using strips of hook fastener. Mat tape and hook fastener are sold separately.

Yes, each roll comes with one nylon & metal buckle strap for easy storage. Additional straps are available for purchase—please see our online store or contact a sales representative.

A standard 6’ x 40’ vinyl mat section at 1-5/8″ thick weighs approximately 116 lbs, and measures 36″ in diameter by 72″ when rolled. A 2″-thick mat section weighs approximately 124 lbs, and measures 41″ in diameter by 72″ when rolled.

That’s why full-size (mats over 12′ x 12′) EZ Flex Fitness Mats are backed by our Five-Year Limited Warranty for vinyl surfaces, and Three-Year Limited Warranty for carpet surfaces that covers any defects in manufacturing. Our quality control standards are among the industry’s most stringent in order to assure that every mat leaving our facility meets the same EZ Flex level of excellence.

Personal/Home Mats (mats 12′ x 12′ and under) have a One-Year Limited Warranty.

Not at this time. However, if there is another color you’re interested in, please let us know. With enough demand, we may consider adding it in the future.

Most mats are shipped via common freight carrier. Wrestling mats are wrapped using multiple layers of cardboard, the ends are capped with additional cardboard, and then the mats are placed in heavy-duty plastic bags. Multiple mat sections may be combined to ship as a single roll, depending on size.

Home mats 10′ x 10′ and smaller can be shipped via FedEx Ground.
